This week's challenge for the Everyday Matters group is to draw a collection.
I have a silly collection of cheese spreaders (with the RULE that they have to have a goofy, tacky figure on the handle) that I keep hidden away ... it was fun to do a silly drawing to match!

I love these grids, like windows into your life. Nice!
What an adorable idea of things to collect. And you did a great job of showing them off.

These are adorable and love that grid. Do you take them out for special company?
Remember the watercolor paper you sent? I finally put it to good use.
What a fun sketch--I hope you have parties where you bring out lots of different spreads each with their own spectacular spreader!
I know -- they ARE adorable. That's what makes it so funny -- I'm hardly the adorable type. These just crack me up, though! And yes, I do take them out for company or for fun when it's just us; but nobody ever sees the entire collection -- it would totally ruin my image!
;-D
And, hey, y'all go check out what Janey did with the watercolor paper... beautiful!

Very cheesy! I just love your little drawings (& the big ones too). So much personality in your work. I need to work more on that.
By the way, did you see that I revised the picture in the picture in the picture entry? Thanks for the suggestion. I think I duped it in about 5 times!
Ah Lynne ... I wondered who would come up with the "how cheesy" line! You get the prize! :-D
How adorable! This is new for you, the grid thing, isn't it? I love your style!
Laura -- you're right. The grid thing is new to me. However, all these silly little figures just LOOKED like comic strip characters, and it felt like the right way to do it! It was a fun change.
I love silly stuff! I'm going to give the grid a try it looks great.
