I usually have a massive stomach the day after halloween. Everyone brings the leftover candy to work. It's just sitting there, what am I supposed to do? Ignore it. I like this, the colors are nice and bright and hershey is my favorite. Forget Godiva, give me cheap chocolate everytime.
Hi Linda! First time to visit your blog - it's incredible! I really like the fact that you post your drawings online - they're all terrific! You're an AMAZING artist!
Mind if I put a link to your blog from mine? Mine's http://magis.blogs.com/quotidian - I love to observe simple, everyday things. Thank god there's a camera for those of us who don't have an ounce of artistic talent. ;)
Hi Linda! Glad to meet you over in my blog! It IS nice to know there are other artists in Knoxville - how do we find the rest? You've got some beautiful things going on, here - I love watercolor, but it scares me to death!!
Diahn -- you've got the right idea about eating the chocolate! And I don't know how we find other artists here in Knoxville -- I've certainly been on the look out. Thanks for stopping by; it's good to "meet" you!
I miss the whole trick-or-treat thing. I used to go through my (3!) girls' bags and pick out all the tootsie rolls, uh...after inspecting for safety, of course. They are grown now, so my husband and I sneak off to the bookstore to celebrate Halloween...yes, I feel so guilty about that (not). Thank you for your generous comment on my shower curtain...and other entries. I love your artwork. It's obvious that you enjoy it. By the way, I lived in Knoxville (with Wally and the whole clan) when I was 10 years old, for only one year! Went to 4th grade at Farragut Elementary. My sister-in-law lives there, so maybe we'll come down from Cincinnati sometime soon!

Linda, you and I are kindred art spirits for sure! I just love the freshness and colorfulness of these--keep going, girl!
I love the watercolour work! It's something I am ever trying to teach my acrylic mind to accomplish.

The depressing aftermath. You've made it very cheery! Love the drawings
